The new offices of Idealista.com in Barcelona, in colaboration with Guitart Arquitectos. The proposal articulates spaces of office and reunion in a very logic and disciplined sequence. It becomes a functional space in which the office character focuses on very concrete gestures such as color, furniture or the characteristic vidre. The new organization's objective pretends the most interaction between the team members, avoiding divisions and creating fluid and wide spaces. A big meeting room is used to relate directives, team members and other employees in a clear and flexible space.
The image of Idealista.com is repeated like in other of their offices with small variations that respond to the location. The project focuses in few areas the gestures that give character to the office. Spaces become functional and versatiles, meanwhile the young and creative company is reflected in the lightness and fluidity of the conception of spaces and finishes.
